our story

we are georgi and Andy, husband and wife, and the founders of spice bag co. for the past 12+ years we have both worked on super yachts traveling the world as chef and captain, alternating between super yachts and ski seasons.

having been away from home for long enough, we decided it was time to move back to bristol, and what better way to use our extensive experience in food and hospitality, than to start a food truck?

this is our next big chapter and

we cant wait to get stuck in.

why spice bags?

every Irish person we've met in the super yacht industry has always banged on about how much they miss the spice bags back home.

but it was our last crew member Matty who finally convinced us of our duty to bring them to the uk. (and because they're so god damn tasty.)
